Australian Private Networks has its own Australian based Customer Care Centre (CCC) and National Operations Centre (NOC), located in Victoria.

APN takes ownership of customer faults and issues and manages them when required with our wholesale partners.

With measures in place to ensure reliability and service continuity, APN can secure your connection backed by the full support of a local Technical & Accounts staff, trained and knowledgeable in assisting with queries or issues that may arise.

Standard Support Operating Hours are:

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm AEST

Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm AEST

With our in-house Network Operations Control (NOC), provide the next level of support and advice to our customers, along with full end-to-end remote monitoring and reporting capabilities for select services.
